You can delete your ViralVote account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways.
1. In the app (fastest)
- Open ViralVote.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Support & Legal.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. You can't undo it.
2. Without the app: email us
Already uninstalled ViralVote? You don't need to install it again.
- Email support@viralvoteapp.com with the subject Delete my account.
- Tell us your player name.
- Include your recovery code, if you saved it. Your account has no email or phone number attached, so the code is the only thing that shows it's yours. We use it only to find and delete your account; once the account is deleted, the code stops working.
We delete the account and email you back within 30 days, usually much sooner.
No recovery code? Your player name alone doesn't prove the account is yours, because everyone you raced has seen it. Without the code we can't tell which account is yours, so we can't delete it for you, and we'll write back to tell you so. If you still have the phone you played on with ViralVote installed, use the in-app steps above.
Delete only some of your data
Want to keep playing but have us delete something specific? Email support@viralvoteapp.com and tell us what, with your player name and recovery code.
What we delete
- Your player name, avatar and recovery code
- Your sign-in keys
- Your answers, votes and answer timings
- Your rank points, levels, coins, power-ups, items, streak, trophies and league results
- Your league places, your friends leagues and your requests to join leagues
- Your trust score, your topic estimate, which questions you've seen, and the topics you like
- Your ratings of races and questions
- Your bell, and you are taken off other players' bells
- Your usage events
- The players you blocked
What we keep, and for how long

Nothing else is kept. Your friends aren't told you left. ViralVote sells nothing, so there are no purchase records.
