I'm getting a new phone. How do I keep my account?
On your old phone, open Profile, go to Account recovery and tap Create a recovery code. Save it somewhere safe. On the new phone, tap Already have an account? on the first screen and paste the code. Your name, rank, power-ups and leagues come with you. Without a code we can't move your account, so make one today.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Support & Legal → Delete account. No longer have the app? Use the Delete account page linked below. Deleting can't be undone.
How do I invite a friend?
Start a friends league in Leagues, or open one you run, and tap Invite friends. Send the link or the code to your group chat. Your friends ask to join and you let them in.
My invite link didn't open the app.
Make sure ViralVote is installed and you've finished setup, then tap the link again. Still nothing? Open the app, go to Leagues, tap Join by code and type the code from the message.
How do I turn off sound or vibration?
Open Profile and go to Preferences. Switch Sound effects or Vibration off. Switch them back on any time.
How do I report a player?
Tap their row on a league table and choose Report. To stop seeing their name and picture, choose Block. They are not told. For anything illegal, use Report illegal content below.
I entered the wrong age.
Before your first race, go back and fix it. After that, we don't keep your age at all. If the app locked you out by mistake, email us.
How do I change my name or face?
Open Profile and tap your picture. Pick a new face, type a new name and save.
